Chesterfield Floral and Gifts
Laura M. Jordan: My mother inherited this building from her mother.

Elizabeth Ann Gaddy Rivers: Don Davis had a feed and seed store here. I recall that he always had guinea pigs in the window. His store was called People's Feed and Seed. Later, David E. Redfearn bought Hammond Floral, which was located at Mary Davis Hammond's house on Park Drive. He opened his shop in this building and called it Chesterfield's Floral and Gift. He sold his shop to C. J. and Ruth McLain Eddins, and they made a slight name change. Today it is owned by C. J. and Ruth's granddaughter, Crista Adams King.
