Frank White, Jr.: A portion of the sills and beams for this house came from the old Chesterfield Depot, which was located by the railroad track between Welsh Apartments and the Chesterfield Cemetery.

Donna Davis Hurst: This house was built in 1959 by Walter King, Contractor. It was built for Harvey and Patricia Garvin Oehlert. Mr. Oehlert was the Band Director at CHS for several years. They moved to Florida when they left Chesterfield and continue to live there.
Frank and Margaret Oliver White bought the house and lived there until Frank's death. Margaret continues to live in the house today.
