Luther Munn House
Lem Wetmore House
Wilson Rivers House
Louise King Rivers Davis House

Dr. William Perry: This was the site of the Presbyterian Church before its present church site was built. This was a tall two-story-type structure, and the roof was lowered for a residence when the church moved.

Katherine Ward Rivers Braswell: Mr. Luther Munn and his wife, Dorothy Lucas Munn, lived here. Mr. Munn died in a hotel fire in Atlanta. Luther was a brother of Gary Munn. Dorothy later married Lem Wetmore, who was a cotton buyer and who ran the Chesterfield Theater.

James W. Jenkins: Wilson Rivers bought the house, and he and his family lived here until his death. His widow, Louise King Rivers, re-married, and she and her husband, C. H. Davis, Jr., lived here. Since Mr. Davis's death, Mrs. Davis continues to live at this location.
