Amy Hendrix Redfearn: This house was built to be the caretaker home for the Redfearn property which ran along both sides of the road. The older Wrights lived here until their death, and their son, Randolph Wright, lived in the house until his death in May, 2007.
Elizabeth Ann Gaddy Rivers: My first memory of this house is that it was the home of Swansea Belle Wright (now Overcash). She is Randolph's younger sister, and she was a couple of years ahead of me in school. Her parents were Jim and Margie Rainwater Wright. Until his death, Randolph still owned and drove a 1952 Ford pickup that had belonged to his father! |
